The space
This 3-bedroom unit has an open floorplan allowing guests to gather and enjoy extensive ocean views from the kitchen, living area and dining area. The large living area with plenty of seating including a large sectional sofa and recliner that were both added in 2023. There are two full bathrooms and TV's in the living area and in every bedroom.

Tile flooring has been installed throughout the unit and the kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, a stacked stone backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Additional updates in 2023 include new bedding and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.


The master bedroom has king-size bed, a private bathroom and has ocean views and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The master bath has been updated with a custom shower with body sprays.

the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, which was updated in 2023 with new paint, vanity and fixtures.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy free access to the condos, the onsite parking garage and all resort amenities. Wrist bands for the pools are required and provided in the unit. Please leave them in the unit at departure.
Additional notes
Vacations is for sleeping in, but you owe it to yourself to check out the breathtaking vies of the sunrise from the wraparound balcony!

Neighborhood overview
Seawatch is an awesome family friendly resort with numerous indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and two lazy rivers. The resort also has an oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar, pizza place, and ice cream shop. Wifi is included and parking is a breeze. The resort staff is friendly and Wyndham sponsors several activities each day, many of which are free.
